16 week program
Enjoying meals without guilt or anxiety
Feeling normal around FOOD and comfortable in your BODY
Having control around your favourite foods, not the other way around
Feeling satisfied after breakfast and not thinking about lunch the moment you're done
Sitting down in front of the TV to enjoy your show but instead having to fight yourself from racing over to the cupboard & diving into the box of cookies & feeling completely out of control
Restricting food all day only to be starving & exhausted, binge eating at night, promising yourself to fast the next day to "compensate"... and starting the whole cycle again in the morning
Spending time with your partner but battling constant thoughts about the way your body looks
Having a slice of cake at your kid's birthday, and feeling content and present instead of going back and forth about having another slice for the next 3 hours and eating it all once the guests leave
Spending time on self-care in the evening instead of waiting for everyone to go to bed to bust out the bottle of wine
Living in alignment with your integrity, prioritizing the things that matter most to you; health, family, friends, loved ones, honesty, career...
Being kind to yourself and programming your brain to speak to you the way it would to your daughter or best friend
