Terms of Sale for the CDRE Study Guide

1. Overview
By purchasing access to the CDRE Study Guide (the "Study Guide"), you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement (the "Terms of Sale"). These Terms of Sale govern your use of the Study Guide, including any updates, modifications, or additional content provided as part of the product.

2. Access and Usage
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Study Guide for your personal, non-transferable use. Sharing your access credentials or redistributing the content of the Study Guide is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property
All content within the Study Guide is the intellectual property of Ina Benkova RD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal study purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the Study Guide or its content is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access.

4. Removal of Access
Ina Benkova RD reserves the right to revoke or terminate your access to the Study Guide at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Sale. 

5. Refund Policy
All sales of the Study Guide are final. Refunds will not be provided once access to the Study Guide has been granted. If you experience issues accessing the Study Guide, please contact info@inabenkova.com for assistance.

6. Updates and Modifications
Ina Benkova RD reserves the right to update or modify the Study Guide at its discretion. These updates are intended to enhance the product’s value and relevance and will be made available to current users where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ina Benkova RD makes no guarantees regarding your success or outcomes as a result of using the Study Guide. The Study Guide is provided "as is," and Ina Benkova RD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
